This help guide provides useful information about purchasing and downloading your YOUGRAPH
graphcis. To use our help guide, simply find the topic you want to read about from the table
of contents in the left-hand pane. Click on it, and the topic will be visible in the right-hand pane.

Account Management
Creating an Account
Creating a YOUGRAPH account registers you as a user. As a registered user, you will be able
to download free sample, buy and begin receiving email updates, promotions and offers.
To register, complete the following steps:
1. Click Create Account in the top navigation on any page.
2. Enter a valid email address. Your email address will serve as your login name.
QUICK TIP: You can change your password at a later time by logging in to your account
and clicking on 'Edit account'.
3. Choose a password. Your password must be between 4 and 16 characters.
4. Re-enter your password for verification.
5. Enter the required information, denoted by a asterick.
6. Click the cotinue button.
Problems With Creating an Account
If you are directed back to the Create Account page during the registration process, you may
have your cookies disabled. Enable your cookies and try again.
Email Address Usage
Your registered email address is used for communication purposes and serves as your account ID.
All orders must be placed under a registered email address. All our contacts and info are sent
to the emailaddress associated with the account.
YouGraph will never sell, trade or otherwise distribute any account information. Please visit
our Privacy Policy for additional information.
Account Management
Logging In
To log in to your YOUGRAPH account, click Log In. Enter your email address and password.
If you are having trouble logging in please check that your username and password matches
your original registration. Also, check that the caps lock is off and that your browser is
set to allow cookies.
You Forgot Your Password
On the login page, select 'Forgot your password?'. Enter your email address and click Submit.
Your password will be sent to the corresponding email address.
You Forgot Which Email Address You Registered With
Attempt to log in using an old email address. If still unsuccessful, contact an Account
Manager for assistance. Please do not create a new account. Purchases under separate
accounts cannot be merged.
Account Management
Managing My Account
The My Account page allows you to view and download your t-shirt design, manage
your account information and view previous orders.
Editing My Account Settings
To modify your account information, including changing your password, email address,
billing information, mailing information; complete the following steps:
1. Log into your account.
2. Click 'Edit account' under the Account Details menu.
3. Update your account information.
4. Click continue.
Order History
To view your order history, click on 'Previous orders' under the Account Details menu.
Click on the order number to view the details of that particular order.

Accessing my design - ( T-shirt designs )
If you purchased a single design, you may download your products from the My Account
page on the link 'My downloads'. Your royalty-free license will remain the same indefinetely.
QUICK TIP: You must be logged in to download the files.
Subscription
You may access the designs collection by logging in and clicking on My Account. To locate a specific graphic, search by style, or use the Advanced Search to search by keyword. Your royalty-free license will remain the same indefinetely.
After the period of your subscription has expired you will no longer have access to the design collection. If you would like to prolong your access and license to use the t-shirt design, you may purchase a new subscription. Your royalty-free license will remain the same indefinetely.
Purchasing Products
Buying a design
To purchase a YouGraph product, complete the following steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Locate the product(s) you would like to purchase.
3. Click on the image.
4. Click the Buy Now button.
5. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your transaction.
6. Review the order information.
7. Click the Place Order button.
Note: YouGraph is a VeriSign secure site. All credit card data is passed on to our
credit card processor to ensure that your information is not compromised.
Buying a subscription
To purchase a subscription, complete the following steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the subscription button on the top menu and select the subscription plan you would like to purchase.
3. Click the Buy Now button.
4. Select the credit card for payment and follow the on-screen steps to complete your transaction.
5. Review the order information.
6. Click the continue button and you will be redirected to the credit carda area to conclude your order.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
Purchasing with a Credit Card or Paypal
1. Select your product (design) or subscription plan and click buy now
2. On the Payment page (My cart) ,select Visa, MasterCard. American Express or Paypal.
3. Click 'Begin Checkout'.
4. Check your account info, read the license agreement and check the box to accept
the terms and click continue
5. Review the order info and click continue to be redirected to the credit card area
or paypal area.
6. On the credit card area enter your credit card number, select your expiration date
using the pull down menus and enter the 3 or 4 digit security code on your card.
In case of the payment be via paypal enter your paypal account in paypal area and follow
on-screen steps to complete your transaction.

Purchasing Products
Refund Policy
If you have any problems with a product or questions about your order, please contact us
by e-mail for help. Customers are given several opportunities in the purchasing process
to review their order and make corrections in order to avoid mistakes. Due to the digital
nature of the product, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a technical problem
with the layout files or content.
In such cases, replacements or substitutions will be arranged through our team.
Customers are encouraged to download the free sample designs to aid with purchasing decisions.
Downloading MAC files
Downloading and Unzipping Your design Files for the MAC
To download your design, complete the following steps:
1. Click on My Account at the top of the page.
QUICK TIP: You must be logged in to download designs.
2. Locate the design you want to download.
3. Click Download.
4. If you are running OS X or later, your MAC will automatically unzip your folder.
If it does not automatically unzip, you must unzip the file.
5. To unzip, double-click the zip file. It will automatically extract the folder and its content.
Note: If it does not extract, you do not have the necessary software.
You can download decompression utilities from WinZip.
Downloading PC files
Downloading and Unzipping Your design Files for the PC
To download your design, complete the following steps:
1. Click on My Account at the top of the page.
QUICK TIP: You must be logged in to download designs.
2. Locate the design you want to download.
3. Click Download.
4. In the File Download window, select the Save option.
Note: Do not select the 'Open' option. Selecting Open saves a copy to your temporary internet
folder on your PC, not to your computer. It will launch the design in the application that
you selected. You will be able to customize it, however once you save and exit the program,
the design will be lost along with your changes.
5. Save to the desired location on your computer.
6. When the download is complete select Close.
7. The design folder must be unzipped before changes are made to the design.
QUICK TIP: Look for the folder icon with the zipper. The name of the folder will be the
design item number, for example: 4-KG0011100.zip.
To unzip the design file, complete the following steps:
1. Right-click the compressed file and select Extract All...
Note: If you do not see this option, you do not have the necessary software. You can download
decompression utilities from WinZip®.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to extract all files to the desired location on your computer.
3. Navigate to where you extracted the design folder, open the application file and begin
customizing your graphic.

Royalty-Free t-shirt design (single design and subscription)
When you purchase a design any way included by subscription, it is governed by our
regular royalty-free license. Under this license, you have a perpetual right to use our products
multiple times for multiple projects without incurring additional fees. The rights granted
to you are non-exclusive, non-transferable and personal to you. The rights granted to you
are non-exclusive, non-transferable and personal to you. When you customize a design,
you can transfer it for your portfolio works or sale it for your customers..
